If this were your own invented tournament, it would be one thing – you could choose anyone, but this is the "Novice" tournament.

That's exactly why I don't choose anyone I want, but rather eliminate those I don't consider novices based on various criteria... I wasn't basing my decision on just one game, but rather considered all the games played on Heroes World, and I just gave a clear example of one. In last year's novice tournament, there were a lot of people with a good level of play; I already wrote above that if enough people gather, we can raise the bar... and not turn the tournament into something pointless with just a couple of leaders.
P.S. Next time, please be so kind as to read the entire thread before offering advice.
