You must understand your responsibility for the participation/non-participation of players; many start playing seriously on HeroesWorld precisely with this tournament, and for many it paved the way into the life of a hero. If this were a tournament of your own design, that would be one thing — take whoever you want — but this is the "Novice" tournament. Look at the level of last year's semifinalists — it is very respectable, certainly no lower than beating the GO on 122 with a chocolate setup. But those were also participants of the "Novice" tournament. Consider whether this is sufficient grounds for refusal. My opinion is that it is not.
