Could such changes really be caused by Wlk offending Scorpion?

You know, 4 days ago, I thought that a person could change in 2 years. I'm generally someone who always gives people a second chance. But this person just starts insulting people indiscriminately (Scorpion could have been anyone in this situation). Did something seem wrong to him, and he just lost it? Could he have kept his opinion to himself? Was he bursting with something?
