Regarding the Violation System.

4.22. For publicly discussing the actions of moderators, coordinators, or administrators: 50 violation points.

4.9. For any direct or indirect insults towards users, third parties, or organizations: 25 violation points.

I don't want to offend anyone, but it seems to me that this arrangement is somewhat unfair. Why are only 25 points given for insults, while 50 points are given for expressing one's opinion about the work of a moderator? Why is a harsher violation that offends people's feelings penalized with fewer points than attempting to express one's own opinion? If we are talking about fairness, then criticizing the actions of moderators should result in no more than 25 points.
