Let me clarify. VLK was banned for insults; you can check his page for the violations. He was added to the blacklist for past offenses, which I don't think it makes sense to discuss, as they fall under the "rudeness" category.

My question, however, remains unanswered. Until today, AK did not have the authority to ban for insults (at least according to what was described in the first post). If he had been given points by one of the moderators, I would understand why he was banned. But Pit wrote that VLK was banned specifically by AK's decision.
