I think it would be possible to remove the ban on using profanity in messages. That is, just like with flooding and off-topic posts, such content will be removed, but no points will be deducted. Then the system will be closer to the current situation on the forum.

The moderators who are actually keeping order are already almost driven into a corner. What kind of forum do you want to see? Something like Lukmorie? Or still a good and cultured forum?
There are cases when a user is "not in his right mind" and pours out his dissatisfaction onto the forum for several hours, rudely insulting others. The only option is to ban him so that he "comes to his senses." Sitting there patiently cleaning up after such people and waiting for them to calm down is disrespectful to both our players and ourselves.
The art of trolling has been perfected by some of our forum members. After one such "almost harmless" post, several pages of flame can follow, turning into mutual insults. And the troll doesn't seem to be involved at all.
