I agree, we definitely need to increase the penalties for almost all of the listed violations. First and foremost: 4.6. - (For messages containing flame) 4.7. - (For messages containing trolling) 4.9. - (For any direct or indirect insults towards users, third parties, or organizations) 4.22. - (For publicly discussing the actions of moderators, coordinators, or administrators). Whether trolling should be punished immediately with 100 points, or if it should be slightly less (e.g., 80) is a matter for discussion.
