Regarding the Violation System.

I believe that for these points:

4.6. - (For a message containing flame)
4.7. - (For a message containing trolling)
4.9. - (For any direct or indirect insults to users, third parties, or organizations)

points cannot be revoked.
There are cases where a user is "out of their mind" and spends several hours pouring their dissatisfaction onto the forum, filthily insulting others. The only option is to ban them so they can "come to their senses." Sitting around patiently cleaning up after such people and waiting for it to pass is a lack of respect for both our players and ourselves.
The art of trolling has been perfected by some of our forum members. A single "almost harmless" message like that can be followed by several pages of flame, escalating into mutual insults. And the troll seems to have nothing to do with it.
