Yes, maybe there should be a couple of people who are slightly better than others (formally), and that's been the case in all the beginner tournaments, but... it shouldn't be that a strong or just average player is participating in the tournament, who will probably win 90% of the time.
This tournament should have intrigue, interest, competition, and learning opportunities. After all, the main goal of this tournament is to attract new players to our beloved game!!!!
