In my opinion, you can give extra restarts in a seasonal game (fun games) where you practice the game, so that the opponent also has everything normal and there is a confrontation. The same goes for autosaves (with a note about a draw). But in a tournament, you need to play hard. I took restarts because there were few hives, I risked that they would give me a good hand - I got blocked and lost. Lose the tournament and think next time whether to take a restart in a middle situation.
I AM FOR strict rules in tournaments.
