They definitely don't look like Native Americans! And Tolkien didn't describe the Orcs in detail, and nowhere does it say that they are NOT green; in some books/movies/games they are green, and in others it's not specified what color they are.

Well, I don't know. In other pictures, they say - Native Americans, and that's it.

These are NOT Tolkien's Orcs and NOT from the games. You'll also remember the trolls from WarCraft, which look very remotely like the "original material."
And I'd like to twist Nichols's hands and shove them down his throat (almost).
And green and scaly ones are generally dragons or draconids!
