Well, now I'm somehow to blame. Was I supposed to chase after him? Is it my problem that he doesn't know how to use ICQ? Is it my problem that he ran away twice shortly after starting a game? Is it my fault that he doesn't show up for games? Is his poor English ("hi" level) my fault too? I don't know. If you look at the tournament statistics on all three resources, Javdet was always among the first to play. I think that's a strong argument in the question of who was messing with whom.

I'll join my teammates in my assessment of Belqzaniq's adequacy. This character has repeatedly messed with me regarding the timing of preliminary agreements. He could promise to play tomorrow, but then show up a week later. I've written about this many times in this thread – that a teammate disappeared, etc. I think he's not a child and doesn't need someone to explain things for him. He has never apologized for breaking agreements or given explanations. On the contrary, he would start with a brief greeting, "Hi," and the second phrase would be: "Are we playing, or have I won?" Once, it might pass as a joke, but constantly, even during the game, is too much. We need to draw conclusions and not allow him to participate in tournaments in the future.
I also suggest giving him a chance – to make a firm agreement about the timing of the game, and if he doesn't show up, then... If he leaves after 5 minutes of play, you decide... but I have a definite opinion – ban him. We need to respect our opponents, whether you're Bulgarian or someone else. These are my two constructive (I think) ideas. :)

In general, despite having a lot of work during the day, I'll wait for him. If he doesn't show up by 4 PM Kyiv time, I'm washing my hands of the situation
