Bug with the Castle.

We've already played for a considerable amount of time on a random map and encountered a bug. My opponent captured a Haven castle, and a message appeared stating that the Haven faction no longer exists, but it's impossible to enter the castle with a hero. The castle generates income, and you can build in it, but you can't recruit troops from it: you can't enter with a hero, and when you try to buy a hero in the tavern, the game crashes. If you click on the castle with the mouse, a message appears saying that an enemy hero is stationed in the castle, which can be seen on the map when using the View Air spell as a hero with a gray color. Is there a way to fix the castle?
