Dance of Death - "[Campaign 9 - Mission 2]"

Could you please tell me where to find the Soul Reaper? I've explored the entire map, defeated all enemies, and completed all side quests, but he's nowhere to be found. There are no dungeons or teleporters on the map either. =[br][/br]
P.S. I've also visited the Power Crystals and the Dragon Shrine; only the last main quest objective remains.
