What exactly do you disagree with? 15-20 minutes is just enough time to think about your next move and do something else in the meantime. If everyone spends the entire time thinking about their move while the opponents are playing, there won't be any delays.

Or do you think that +400 control will give you a time advantage??? No way. Calculate 400x3 = 1200 / 60 = 20 minutes. Your opponents will definitely be playing for that long! + Let's add another 100 seconds as a margin of error for the last battle, and we get 25 minutes for 3 players to take their turns!

Here, we calculate 4 minutes of pure time + let's add 6 minutes as a margin of error for the battles. We get the same 25-30 minutes, but without the stress in the worst-case scenario.
