Definitely, we should switch me and Adv's positions at a minimum.
And another suggestion - let's hold the tournament in one stage - each team plays 3 rounds against each other, and that's it. If there's a strong desire for a final, the 1st and 2nd teams can play against each other (but in the final, we can allow the captains to "reshuffle" the seeding within the team).
