On WT, such things are not forgiven. Enlightenment came late, but a spot and resources for scouting were found in the Tower already built from the fort. A Dragon Utopia with control was found. Before that, on the second attempt, I managed to handle the utopia with earth (taking bears was clearly a mistake, just wasted them..)
In the finale, I caught a folder with power.
