NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

I had an idea for a structure that places troops in mines closest to the city, with the number of troops depending on the day of the week. Basically, it's an analogue of the Dwarven Tower, but the defenders are stationed in the mines.
