Are you reading anything besides the first sentence?:) You're managing 15 players, so to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time, you need at least 2, but preferably 3 GMs!
And if you're worried about the plot, share your ideas with them!

Besides, sometimes you just have to wait; it's not possible for one GM to always be online, and in Tengro RPG, there was almost always some GM online (remember Visa - he checked in very often!). And when several GMs work on the plot, it becomes much more interesting:smile26:
