Some need crypts, others don't need cartographers, and still others need the captain's hat. And everyone has their own version of this file. Furthermore, you can create a version "tailored to your needs," for example, by setting crypts to generate when playing as the Stronghold. This is precisely why using such text files is forbidden by the rules of HW!
