Which heroes in Heroes of Might and Magic III are the easiest to play through the game with? And how can I determine the number of units in a stack?

1. Armageddon's Blade is definitely the most challenging campaign.
2. The Restoration of Erathia is more difficult than The Shadow of Death, but easier than Armageddon's Blade.
3. The Shadow of Death is the easiest campaign and the only one where you can set the difficulty level yourself.

Aren't you confusing anything? Armageddon's Blade is difficult, yes. Relatively speaking, of course.

Erathia is generally uninteresting; most of the units there are fixed as pawns and knights.

The Shadow of Death is the most flexible campaign because you can choose the difficulty level yourself. And if you choose the maximum difficulty, i.e., King difficulty for all missions, are you saying that Erathia is more difficult?
