In short, I'm sure the problem lies in the files. I don't know which ones exactly; I copied all the files related to the HD mod into another version and launched it there – the same problem occurred. Maybe something is wrong with the DLLs, or maybe with the launcher; I don't know. First, it started complaining about a foreign executable (because I put it in the Russian version), so I launched the HeroesHD executable, which I had already created, using the launcher in this Russian version.
