I didn't see Piquedram in the save files for the players, and Rizzy wasn't in the taverns.
In that save, I already killed Piquedram, and then I bought Rizzy. And when I click "view turn," the game crashes.
I'm attaching a save file where you first need to kill Piquedram, and then buy a hero from the tavern and click "view turn."
If you kill Piquedram and immediately click "view turn," nothing bad happens.
Regarding the crash in the save file, according to the scenario information, the pink player has an invalid starting town type, which causes the crash when attempting to view the map-puzzle.
I don't understand this phrase. What does "invalid type" mean? Does it mean you can't play as a Dungeon? It used to be possible, but in this save, it's not. It's a mystery.
Regarding the bugs and GameRanger.
The other day, I played for an hour through GameRanger, Win 7 64-bit HP + Russian SoD vs XP SP3 32-bit Pro + Russian Complete - not a single disconnect, everything was perfect!
In general, that's the story. HD 3.11 simply didn't want to work through GameRanger. The game just wouldn't start. That is, if I joined someone's room, it would start for them, but everything would freeze on my end (the game wouldn't start), and it would all end with me closing GameRanger in the Task Manager with an error.
3.12, on the other hand, worked for me at one point, but it started to glitch, there was a 4-player game, and something "went wrong." After that, I can't even play in single-player on this version.
If I delete all the HD files and reinstall, it works fine in single-player. But as soon as I join someone's GameRanger game, that's it.
The bug you described, Lider1, and the constant reports of completely random and irrational crashes and glitches (like scenario information) only lead me to think of the following:
1. It's just some unknown weird thing.
2. Problems with the hard drive
3. Problems with the RAM
4. Problems with the processor
5. Some kind of virus
6. Some kind of antivirus
=>How old is your computer? What are the specs? Is it possible to test on another machine? Of course, if the problem is 2-5, then it should glitch not only HD 3, but also 2.98 and the original, and generally not just Heroes....
=> I upgraded my computer about six months ago. Since then, I haven't had a single blue screen or anything like that. I also checked for viruses the other day.
Nod found some junk, fixed it, but it doesn't help. (by the way, everything is ok with 2.98)
in the save file bug orange save.GM2, there's a map bug, but the map auto-fix works and fixes the orange player (it will fix it even better in the next version)
when you click "replay turn" with the blue player, the heroes of the red and orange players are additionally duplicated, but the map auto-fix works and fixes this.
in the save file bug orange save.GM2 - I don't even remember this save, is this definitely mine? It doesn't matter.
Pictures. Picture 1 - this is what the game looks like after generating the map. Picture 2 - if you go into the Castle, the hero is not visible. But if you keep clicking on the hero and the Castle, it may eventually appear, but you can't control it. You can't move it to the city, you can't move it around the map. And you can't save the game at this point.
3 - picture, brief info about the computer.
За то что нейтралы не бегают за единичкой, для меня это уже стоит того
