You need to restore them to their original state (maybe something extra was written, or something was deleted):
1) Restore them manually to how they were.
2) Get these files from someone and replace them.
3) Delete the profile and reinstall the game (sometimes the game doesn't delete manually modified files).
4) Simply delete the profile from "My Documents" and create a new one in the game.
Try one of these.
3) I deleted the profile, but I can't delete it. I click on "Uninstall," it asks for permission, the cursor spins for a few seconds... and that's it... Yesterday, I clicked on delete for 5 minutes - no use, today also no results.
