SPECIALIZED CITY AND HERO UNITS ARE NOT CREATED!!!!!!!!

I'm creating a campaign: NOTHING IS POSSIBLE TO DO!!!! I need to create a hero and a special town, but it all disappears!!!! HELP!!!!:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Have you tried right-clicking on the hero in the resources and then exporting it?
For the special town, you assign it by pressing "Space" when you click on it, then go to the desired section.
P.S. You should read the manual.
