Labyrinth ($$$)

So, where did Kairi get the Minotaurs? They aren't on the map, right? And if they are, did she take them through diplomacy?
I think I've tried everything with diplomacy. I don't remember Minotaurs, only 50 of them at the gates of the Dungeon.
