Increase in the castle, experience...

An increase in the castle in favor of one player is only a minus.
Experience can be obtained anywhere, especially in IMRG.
So, what are these weeks needed for? These monsters don't even return names to change their mood, unlike those that are generated at the start/creation of the map.
