I have the "Gold Edition". Everything was fine until I tried to activate the console. After that, the game crashes when I try to load a single-player online game or a single-player campaign. In the campaign, it crashes when I attack (the battle doesn't load; the game crashes as soon as the hero approaches the target). I can only play normally in "Duel" and "Duel 3x3" modes. I tried reinstalling, running in compatibility mode... nothing helps. It doesn't display an error message. It just says that the program closed due to an error and tries to find a solution to the problem.
