I think it's incorrect to end games with a replacement. Losses should be given for such games, and the replacement should play the remaining games from scratch.

I'll figure out who to give losses to and who not to. Any result is ALWAYS better than a coin flip or tech advantage.

In emergency situations, with mutual consent, it's perfectly acceptable, especially when there isn't enough time to play a new game, considering the significant lead in games and the few days remaining until the end of the group stage. If games are played on saves and someone's computer crashes, I don't see another option.
