What are you listening to right now?

Just got back from the concert. Standing in front of the stage for five hours completely ruined my hearing. I can't hear high frequencies at all, the low frequencies are quiet, but there's a loud white noise in my ears.

It feels like my hearing went through an equalizer where all the highs were turned down almost to zero. I can't listen to music now.
