Streams (including Mikogo, TeamViewer, etc.) - technical aspects.

Could you please tell me whether the processing of a captured image is handled exclusively by the main processor, or can this task be offloaded to the processor and memory of the video accelerator? The question is: my computer still struggles with streaming, so I need to upgrade it. I'm wondering if simply replacing the graphics card will be enough, or if I need to replace the entire computer. Also, regarding the resolution of the image for viewers: in my opinion, it's not worth setting a high resolution for Heroes of Might and Magic, as it degrades the detail when viewed on smaller monitors, and sometimes the text becomes completely illegible. The text in Heroes is very informative, so this is a problem. I've found that the best picture quality is at 800x600. 1024x768 is still acceptable with good image quality, but I don't think anything higher is worth it.
