Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

Something seems buggy or unfinished. Today, I was using an archer and somehow managed to hit my own monster, even though I thought this feature was already disabled, even when using a piercing shot, let alone a regular one. Has anyone else encountered this?
Also, the "stray arrows" feature has been disabled, but the hero with the special ability related to it remains. They should have changed the hero's ability as well...
