Oelm, are you kidding me? There were only 2 slots left, and he ends the game with a Logistician instead of an Earth Elemental? What if the Earth Elemental hadn't appeared in the remaining 2 slots? How would he have happily hopped around the map collecting loot after the nth number of failures?
It should be noted that the same Wisdom skill didn't really pay off at all. The Guardian was being cleared without any Spell Power, and all the books were available in the Treasure.

But what difference would it have made, whether there was an Earth Elemental or not? Undead units regenerate without the Expert Earth skill. Besides, the Red Dragon was already visible, and even if it hadn't been, an Expert Air mage with a huge stack of skeletons is more than enough for a Fortress battle. And anyone with Earth magic can teleport. So, the move was definitely not a disadvantage.

Regarding Wisdom, if I'm not mistaken, the Damage Dealer skill was given specifically from the Pandora's Box. Much earlier than the Quest Victory. If Rebellius hadn't been stuck on respawn for three weeks, it might have helped.

There were certainly some failures, but I think any player can make mistakes, considering the experience with this build. For example, it probably wasn't a good idea to clear the Guardian on the Tower's respawn point, so as not to give the blue player's heroes an easy way out. But overall, a lot of good moves were made, and you have to look at more than just what wasn't done.

The red player didn't have any special advantage, by the way. No 10 Angels, no 500 skeletons on level 121. It was just a slightly better than average setup; they simply reached the center earlier, and there were good items available there.
