GoedenDag, a few years ago, when almost all monitors were still CRT, there was this joke:
- I don't buy books and newspapers anymore: I read everything on my PC screen!
- Yeah, but will you take your monitor with you to the toilet?!
And now you can take your phone and a book with you to the toilet – now it's an electronic book. :) But, it's probably not a good idea: it's better to read and talk in other places. ;)
"Kamasutra" made of chocolate didn't appeal to the Kazakh prosecutor's office.
"Erotic" chocolate in the form of figures engaged in sexual activity appeared on the shelves of stores in the Kostanay region (Kazakhstan)... the sweet "Kamasutra" was sold by weight, without packaging... The figures of people are drawn on the bars with remarkable clarity: white chocolate on dark chocolate. The manufacturers came up with a total of eight varieties...
Hmm... But why only 8? There seem to be many more in the "Kamasutra"! :)
On the topic, another well-known joke comes to mind:
The Bible teaches us to love our neighbor... And "Kamasutra" explains exactly how! ;)
But, if we talk seriously, "Kamasutra" (as well as another famous ancient Indian treatise - "The Peach Blossom Spring") is not just a collection of sexual positions: this is just a persistent stereotype. In fact, this is how "The Peach Blossom Spring" begins:
A person has three sources of attraction: the soul, the mind, and the body.
The attraction of the soul gives rise to friendship.
The attraction of the mind gives rise to respect.
The attraction of the body gives rise to desire.
The combination of three attractions gives rise to love.
Couldn't have said it better myself!
