I am placing the responsibility on the captain to contact his player and inform him about this. In case one of the parties is absent, a technical defeat will be awarded.

Although I have a good opinion of SHUUK13, his registration for the tournament was initiated by you, as far as I understand. On the first day of the group draw, I discussed with Captain Valenok where this player came from in the tournament and who he is, especially since he didn't even register for the tournament - how is he even involved? Valenok said that he would talk to you and find out everything. As far as I understand, you talked, and probably said that he is okay. Then we somehow managed to contact him, and he has been offline ever since. Now you are threatening my team with a technical loss instead of allowing the obvious replacement for the remaining unfinished games. I believe that the decision to award a technical loss in case of his absence would be unfair to my team!
