A THREAD FOR NEWCOMERS!

Is there a link where I can download the regular version?
And will the portable version work correctly?
I just launched a portable version that I don't remember where I got... it's a mess... black squares covering half the screen... windows are shifted... maybe it won't run properly on Windows 7?... it worked fine on XP(((
