No, all of this wouldn't be a problem. But the fact that you're not rushing to lynch Naira is suspicious. Because, if you're Hama, you should be 100% sure that Naira is Mafia. And it's better to have a 100% certain Mafia execution than, even if it's a small risk, to let Dimka/Dag live.
