Briefly. Stronghold, Necropolis, and Dungeon remained. I took Stronghold.
We agreed on three restarts, started playing from the first attempt.

111 - the spawn isn't great. No troops, nothing to defend or fight with, but 4 Dragon Fly Hives are immediately visible near the castle. Decided to play.
112-114 - running around collecting, fighting a bit with weaklings. Found an external dwelling of Beholders guarded by 100-249 Wood Elves and captured the Dungeon. There is an option to build a portal. That means no external dwellings except Beholders are to be cleared. Thought for a long time whether to attack the 100-249 Elves for the dwelling in the first week. After all, 3 Beholders were at stake: one from the dwelling, one from the portal, and one from the castle... Decided not to risk it, even though the desire was strong... but my army consisted of 1 Beholder, 3 Harpies, and a few Wolves and Goblins...
115-117 - did various insignificant things. Terribly short on gold... and this is with the cheap Stronghold. On the last day, placed pickets on the Dragon Fly Hives. Waiting for the next day.
121-124 - all 5 visible Dragon Fly Hives are cleared. 25 Dragon Flies.
125 - claimed the external dwelling of Beholders. The portal was built in the Dungeon. 2 Beholders ready to start moving to Crag Hack.
126-127 - cleared a Pandora's Box for gold. In any other case I'd be upset, but here I'm glad. Not enough gold to hire. I stationed myself near a Dragon Utopia waiting for growth and ready to go straight for the treasury after the Utopia... before that, a chain in reverse order was supposed to upgrade the Beholders after the Utopia, as soon as I got the gold.
131 - OP surrendered. As it turned out, he died at the Dragon Utopia. I cleared mine. All 8 Beholders and 18 Dragon Flies survived; killed 3 Angels, about 7 Dragon Flies, 25 Ogres, and some weaklings... The Utopia was maximum difficulty. But this was after the surrender...
