Round table

I thought that a quick rush to a secondary town with a built-up level 3 structure was a good strategy for mages, and here you can even build a guild in the second town, but I didn't think about a quick encounter. I need to figure out how to fix that, yeah.
By the way, there should have been a level 2 or 3 guild there, but it's not there for some reason.
