What skills should Necromancers take when facing Orcs on a very large map?

I decided on: Combat, Defense, and Luck. I think the first thing to do against an Orc is to reduce its Battle Dodge, so it attacks less often and to negate Retribution. And we also need to reduce its Luck. But that's just a side note. The question is this: if there's no Subjugation, and the enemy has Dwarven artifacts, and the Set of Death is also very rare, what should we do then? Here's another option: instead of Summoning, we can take Sorcery. That is, without Combat.
