It seems to me that dwarves don't really fit into the story of the sixth game. In the story of Ashan, they are mentioned only twice, and one of those mentions is 200 years before game 6, and the second is 200 years after.
Necromancers, seemingly, also don't fit well. A small sect in the Seven Cities... What could they have hoped for? But no, Necromancers are present. The Seven Cities are not.
