For me, the Town Project would be much more interesting, as I have some idea of how to work with scripts, but city modding is a dark art :(

I'll think about it, but it's very simple: we open the shared castle, see many links to buildings. We make a copy of the building, specify the necessary parameters (everything is intuitive), and indicate a new link to this building. However, it probably wouldn't be worth creating new building models; maybe just add an effect to the old ones (which are upgraded).
