Hooray. Here is the program of our new party "Evolution-2045". Read and enjoy

First. The year 2030. The world around us has become like a world from sci-fi movies such as "I, Robot" and "Surrogates." But only the positive scenarios from these films have been implemented. Every person now has a personal robot servant at home that does all the housework – cleaning, cooking, laundry, gardening, babysitting, washing dishes, guarding, performing the duties of a governess, housekeeper, secretary, and security guard all in one. The robot servant has become as indispensable an attribute of 21st-century human life as the car, television, or phone.

All physical work in enterprises, factories, the service sector, and agriculture is performed by android robots – human copies. They work 24 hours a day without weekends, vacations, sick leave, or smoke breaks. They work diligently, increasing overall labor productivity in production by approximately 1000%. They do not need to be paid a salary; they do not need food, clothing, or housing. They do not strike or demand improved working conditions; all they need is timely recharging from battery accumulators and quality technical maintenance. They possess the same skills as humans and look like humans, but they are robots, machines, so it never occurs to anyone to consider them human, for they have no soul.

All mass-market goods, services, food, clothing, housing, and cars become not just cheap, but free. In terms of accessibility, they are something like air or sunlight thanks to the ultra-productive unpaid labor of robots.

People no longer engage in rough physical labor. This becomes an archaism, and for some – an extreme entertainment. Instead, they focus on creative work, self-education, the development of superpowers, engaging in things that robots are incapable of due to limited intelligence. People have left noisy and dusty factories, mines, bar counters, and security booths and spend their time in libraries, theaters, swimming pools, sports clubs, scientific laboratories, art studios, technical creativity centers, social clubs, yoga and qigong classes, and other spiritual practices. Or they work the land, but only as an interesting adventure. The robotics revolution took place in Russia in 2025 thanks to the domestic corporation "Rosrobot," established by an initiative group of members of the "Evolution 2045" party. Thanks to this same party, a number of initiatives were introduced into legislation regarding the widespread implementation of android robots in the labor market.

Second. The professions of passenger and truck drivers, taxi drivers, train engineers, electric trains, and metro trains are disappearing just as coachmen and charioteers once did. In their place, robotic self-driving cars, robo-taxis, robotic trains, etc., move continuously. The same applies to aviation transport. Robotic driving systems were among the first in the world to be implemented in Russia in 2017 thanks to timely changes in legislation and active lobbying of these initiatives in the State Duma by the "Evolution 2045" party. Robo-cars are reliable, safe, never violate traffic laws, do not "fall asleep or drink while driving," and can even be controlled by voice by a small child.

Third. In 2025, every person received an alternative double body – their avatar, which can be controlled by thought from a distance. An avatar is not just entertainment; it is the ability to work without leaving home, to travel instantly to any country without trains, planes, cars, tickets, visas, passports, and tedious waiting in airports and stations. It is a chance for people with disabilities to walk, speak, and live a full life from a distance; a chance for the sick and elderly to live feeling like healthy, beautiful young men and women. It is an opportunity for soldiers and anti-terrorist group fighters to conduct combat operations while sitting in a chair in front of a computer and mentally controlling their avatar without stepping onto the battlefield. It is an opportunity for firefighters and emergency services workers to save people without risking their lives. It is an opportunity for travelers to reach the most remote, inaccessible, and dangerous points on earth without any harm or threat to life. The avatar revolution occurred in 2025 thanks to developments by the "Immortality Corporation" and the "Russia 2045" movement, founded by a group of enthusiasts in 2011. Having an avatar became as natural as having a bicycle or a computer.

Fourth. The year 2030. Abandoned villages with crooked huts and drinking inhabitants have disappeared as a relic of a dark past. In their place, everywhere from Vladivostok to Bryansk, from Murmansk to Krasnodar, high-tech ecological high-culture agricultural communities flourish. They use the energy of the sun, wind, and the earth's depths and do not depend on external power grids. They provide the country with all necessary products thanks to the labor of robots and the implementation of high agricultural technologies.

Fifth. The year 2030. Aero-taxis and aero-cars take off and land throughout Russia. Vimanis – individual flying apparatuses, named by analogy with the high-tech transport described in ancient Indian literature – have been implemented everywhere. They possess a high degree of safety and reliability, and their control is roboticized and, due to its simplicity, accessible even to a child. They do not need asphalt roads, traffic regulation, etc. Flying transport has been implemented everywhere and has become as commonplace as a mobile phone.

Sixth. The year 2035. Elderly people look confidently into the future. They have robot servants that perform housework better than caregivers and maids. They have personal avatars with the appearance of 18-year-old slender and fashionable beauties. Furthermore, the "Immortality Corporation" provides services for the further continuation of life: transplanting the brain or consciousness into an artificial double body – avatar B and avatar V. Now there is no need to die before reaching one hundred years. Medicine has been transformed into transhumanist medicine of immortality.

In the Constitution of the Russian Federation, in the "Rights and Freedoms of Citizens" section, a separate article is dedicated to immortality. It states: "...it is the inherent and sacred right of every citizen of the RF to have the right to eternal life and immortality(Electronic faces triumph!). The State and the Constitution guarantee the observance of this right, ensuring free extension of life for every citizen of the RF as technologies emerge." This article, which was voted for by a constitutional majority of State Duma deputies, was introduced in 2025 thanks to a legislative initiative of the "Evolution 2045" party. Earlier, in May 2012, the "Russia 2045" movement came forward with this initiative when a letter from the Movement's founder D. Itskov to the country's president V. Putin was published. Journalists who ironized in 2012 about the "immortal and eternal" Putin had no idea that many years later he would actually become immortal – as, however, would hundreds of millions of other Russian citizens who used this constitutional right as old age approached. The concepts of "old age" and "death" lost their meaning. A new class of people appeared, continuing a full life after 90, 100, 120 years in artificial young bodies.

Seventh. The year 2035. Residents of the RF have already forgotten what bad weather is – frost, heat, wind, rain, mud. This is because a new Golden Ring of Russia has been created – 100 futuropolises under domes. Huge domes, prototyped after the "Eden" project (UK), and artificial climate technologies allow for the regulation of outdoor temperature and ordering the weather as desired. Resorts beyond the Arctic Circle, skiing in summer in the south, year-round positive temperatures in the northern regions of Siberia – all this is so natural that no one remembers that people in Russia were once forced to protect themselves from the cold, wear fur coats, hats, and felt boots, and fell into depression due to wind with wet snow and poor lighting.

Eighth. The year 2035. In the new Russian capital, now located in Siberia, a "G20" summit was held, where heads of state discussed plans for building a global network of body-services instead of the outdated traditional system of clinics and hospitals. The leaders who visited "new Moscow" did so using avatars while physically remaining in their official residences. Guests are admired by the system of giant domes with regulated climate protecting the city from traditional Siberian frosts.

A key role in moving Russia's capital to Siberia was played by an initiative put forward by the "Evolution 2045" party in 2018. Passionaries from all over the world came to live in "new Moscow": scientists, engineers, artists, and even some spiritual masters. In the shortest possible time, the administrative capital of Russia became the largest cultural center of Eurasia. For the first time in New Moscow, a network technology of urban management was implemented, in which 100% of city residents participated.

Ninth. The year 2038. The population of the RF is 500 million people. The super-intensive population growth is simply explained: at the initiative of the "Evolution 2045" party, a giant cluster of several dozen million-person "children's cities" was built in Siberia back in 2025, specializing in the birth and upbringing of children – future citizens of the RF, the "flower of the nation." The birth rate increased significantly thanks to a special program "Russian Expansion," for which millions of young and healthy women and men who passed thorough medical selection and psychological testing were recruited. In these cities, which are mega-complexes of maternity hospitals, laboratories, nurseries, kindergartens, schools, and universities divided by age, the "flower of the nation," the "children of the state," are raised by professional teachers and psychologists who treat them like real parents. Children receive secondary and higher education and enter "big life" at 20 to join the number of new active Russians creating a new world and become great engineers, directors, politicians – architects of the coming world.

Tenth. The year 2038. Russian universities occupy the first hundred places out of the 200 best universities on the planet for the second time in a row, according to the ranking of the British publication The Times Higher Education for 2038–2039. Of the 500 million Russians – 90% have higher education, which has become as natural and common as secondary education is now, and 60% have two higher educations. This became possible thanks to the robotics revolution in 2025 and the resulting free time for Russian citizens. Also thanks to the implementation of a special multi-stage education program encouraging constant and continuous learning of citizens.

Eleventh. The year 2045. Thanks to the robotics revolution and avatar technologies, Russia was one of the first in the world to create mass settler colonies, entire cities on the Moon and Mars.

The human race, having attained immortality, made another breakthrough and finally realized K.E. Tsiolkovsky's dream – left its earthly cradle to move further and populate the Solar System.

The description of this amazing future could go on and on.... Each of these points is a radical step on the path of our coming transition to a futuristic neo-world. And we have several hundred more such points! I believe that by becoming the party of power, over time we will certainly bring our plans to life.

We have huge potential; we can and must awaken and use it to create this new wonderful world, transition to an immortal neo-humanity, step into the future, and populate space.

We will make these goals a priority for the state. To implement them, we will create a new spiritual culture, a new vector way of life for society, an entire breakthrough system – a futuristic cluster including institutes, agencies, and companies. We will develop a motivation program with various rewards and benefits so that building a great future is profitable for everyone.

Our plans are not empty promises or pipe dreams. The technological foundations for their implementation already exist. They are an urgent necessity, as one cannot move forward, create innovations, develop science, or build the society of the future without having an intensive development plan for at least the next 50 years. A stagnating civilization that has stopped developing quickly loses stability and either faces a severe crisis or ceases to exist. This is what awaits today's humanity if a new evolutionary strategy is not developed and adopted in the very near future.

In a few months, the "Evolution 2045" party will hold its first congress. We invite all those who share our meanings and values, who are ready to build a new futuristic world, embody the dreams of sci-fi writers, selflessly serve the great future of the country and the world, and invest their time and strength in achieving these high goals, to join it and perhaps represent their region at the congress.
