I agree to play with this mod, version 3.1, based on Aurealian's version 3.02.

Additional request: make a dungeon for one of the factions (since you can't make it so that you can choose), and don't block Vaishan! :)

What mod is this? Although, maybe I've been out of the Heroes loop for two years:)
Regarding the additional request... it's not quite clear what you mean. You can choose factions when generating a map; all are available, including Dungeon. As for banning Vaishan, no heroes are banned at all on the Test Environment; that's what the Test Environment is for – modders can experiment with the balance.
