I really liked it; I wish there were more maps like this. It's not too long, requires some thinking, and it's interesting to replay it multiple times with different strategies.
I played on hard difficulty, but I chose Vittorio, who is quite overpowered. Even with him, it's hard to manage 5-6 battles per day. It's a pity that attack and the tent weren't available sooner; otherwise, I could have completed it in 3-4 weeks. The main thing is not to be afraid to give up your Castle to a stronger opponent so they don't run away later.
I was lucky to get Vittorio; I don't know how I would have completed it without him.
Suggestion: maybe it would be better to remove the portals altogether; they just rush in like cockroaches.

I completed it with Humans; the map is good. The most important thing, in my opinion, is to develop luck and morale, and at the same time, buy or capture artifacts that reduce these parameters for the enemy.

No! Ideally, you should prioritize resilience and battle frenzy and immediately upgrade the ballista (max it out), then max out attack and defense, and only then luck, and finally morale. If you're going to invest in magic, only choose dark magic (you can't build a magic guild anyway, but there's a book for dark magic).

Since there are so many peasants, why Laslo and not Ellaina?
