I suggest creating a topic (an official one) where tournament organizers can write about all the unruly players, cheaters, and those who withdraw from tournaments; in general, they can make notes and share their observations on different players who have shown themselves during this tournament (I want to emphasize that it should be specifically during the tournament organized by the person writing, but not before or after). Also, create a topic opposite to negativity, i.e., where players receive more specific words of gratitude for participating in the tournament.

In this topic:
- Information about awarding the Black Mark of Cheater (BMC) to players caught cheating...
- Remarks and complaints against participants in tournaments from Organizers: violations of tournament deadlines, unethical behavior (unjustified disputes, rudeness, both on the forum and in personal communication, ignoring requirements and decisions of the Organizers and AK, submitting an application to participate in a tournament followed by ignoring games, players, and the Organizer, failing to appear at the agreed time, unjustified difficulties in finding a mutually acceptable time for the game, delaying finishing the game, etc.). Punishment is up to the Organizer, up to disqualification from all games of the tournament and prohibition from participating in future tournaments. Based on such lists, other Organizers of subsequent tournaments have the right to refuse to accept applications for participation from "distinguished" players.
