The first surrender was normal, but they resp'd me on it... then the surrender was not ideal, I chose all the rests... in the end, the surrender gave 1 road to ГО... yep. On the respawn there is a Griffin Conservatory(2), an external dwelling of Dragons, Pegasi, Dendroids, and Unicorns... I took everything except the Unicorns (too many Efreeti were guarding)... on 123 I climbed Ivor into max Griffin Conservatory... it was tough enough there + also morale, I left the Dragons and all the growth there... the opponent has 2 native secondary heroes + Tower + 2 external dwellings of Air Elementals... in FB a significant advantage in meat, of course I decided, no argument there))
