Regarding the Шахта (Shahta) artifact, I initially didn't believe it was possible to obtain it at the start of a game with the Castle faction. I did hundreds of restarts, and all the heroes were native to the faction. I watched a video and noticed one nuance: when generating a new game, the player entered the "random map" menu and then switched back to "scenarios." It seemed like nothing special. But I decided to try restarting the game in the same way, skipping the "random map" menu, and guess what? On the first attempt, a Necropolis hero appeared! It's an interesting bug.
