I descend to the seashore, to a small cove. It's evening, but somehow it's bright. Maybe it was the light from the stars and the moon, or maybe it was the light from the city at night, located two or three kilometers behind the cove. Near the shore, I am met by an old man and a young girl. The old man was dressed in white robes, which hung from his shoulders like a cloak; he had long white hair (it's Gandalf!). The girl was wearing some kind of leather swimsuit, or something like that; she had short hair that covered her ears but didn't reach her shoulders.
These guys greeted me as if they knew me, and I greeted them too, and I think I really did see them in one of my dreams.
Looking at the horizon, I saw that land had appeared there, although at first there was none, or I didn't notice it. It was about five hundred meters away, no more. It turns out the cove was shaped like an elongated semicircle. On one side was the city, and on the opposite side was that land.
It was clear from the dream that, besides me and my two companions, no one else could see this land. Suddenly, we soared upwards and flew there. As we got closer, I could see the buildings located not far from the shore. My attention was drawn to a tall, gray building with a greenish tint (similar to the Necromancer's Castle from Heroes of Might and Magic III, only smaller). Someone called out to me: "We don't need to go there; maybe we should go to another dream."
We headed towards another castle, which was located one building away from the gray castle. It was smaller than the first, built of grayish-brown stone, and had a strange, if I can say so, arched shape. The facade of the building, facing the sea, was covered by a hill. Behind this hill, on the left side of the building, at its corner, were steps leading to a large door.
We climbed these steps and approached the door, which opened by itself, but then began to close, and we ran to get inside before it closed completely. As I ran into the room, I caught a glimpse of a young man; he was dressed like a doorman.
In front of us were three more doors; they, like the first one, were slowly closing. The young man shouted, "Run before they close," and we ran, each into one of the three doors. All three led to one large hall, which was empty, and at the end was another door, located under the ceiling. I flew up and managed to pass through it before it closed, but my companions didn't make it because they couldn't fly. (Apparently, we were flying for the first time thanks to my abilities).
The next room was much larger than the previous ones. From the floor to the ceiling, steel threads were stretched tightly. On them hung many large, wide rings, on which were depicted mysterious drawings.
I barely managed to fly to the end of the large hall without touching the threads. This time, instead of a door, there were small, round windows. I grabbed one of the cornices and decided to rest, but then I heard the young man's voice: "You don't need to fly any further," he said. Looking down, I saw that there were normal doors below. To my right was a large arch with white protrusions. I grabbed them and slid down. There, the doorman and my companions were waiting for me.
The young man explained to me that he was not a doorman, but the owner of this mysterious place, and it was called the "City of Wonders." And the purpose of my arrival was to train my magical skills. I was a magician. And, as it turned out, I could control the air, and my "symbol" was somehow a lion.
We returned to the previous hall. It was actually not empty; there were many tables with various food and drinks. Hearing a strange noise, the owner went to find its source. After a while, strange creatures burst into the hall. Small monsters, no more than half a meter tall, a witch on a broom, and another, but larger, monster (I don't remember exactly what the monsters looked like; something like troll-demons).
They attacked us. All I could do was blow them away with a strong wind (I didn't see what my friends were doing). I managed to blow the uninvited guests into another hall. At that moment, another witch flew in, who was stronger than the first. But a gust of strong wind knocked her off her broom, and she fell to the floor. This made her angry, and she used her magic to lower me and hit me on the floor. My companions were gone, and I was surrounded by two witches and monsters. The second witch said, "You don't have enough strength to resist us," but then the girl ran in and, pushing the witches and monsters aside, said, "Run to the room at the end of the hall." I did as she said, and I had to blow away a couple of monsters along the way.
The room I was directed to was very narrow. Two or three meters wide and ten meters long. In it was the old man, the owner of the castle, and small, monster-sized humanoids (the owner's helpers). They were scared; my companion was wounded in the arm, and blood was flowing. The young man was trying to help him and was worried that his beautiful castle was being destroyed. And then he went to the refrigerator (lol) and took out some kind of bottle and told me to drink it. Without hesitation, I took a few sips and ran back into the hall. The young man shouted after me, "This will enhance your abilities!"
When I ran into the hall, I saw that the girl had already been subdued (she was lying on the floor and not moving), and the large monster and the first witch were standing over her. And then I, feeling the effect of the magical potion, turned into a lion. With a large, shaggy paw, I pushed the large monster aside and slammed the witch into the wall, after which I ran into the hall with the tables. At one of them sat the second witch with the monsters; they were brazenly eating, taking advantage of the moment. I hit the table hard from below, knocking off a piece of it, and a couple of monsters flew into the air; the rest I slammed into the table so hard that splinters flew. The second witch was about to cast a spell, but she didn't have time. I grabbed her by the head with my paws and hit her against the wall several times, and she fell to the floor. The first witch appeared, but she also didn't have time to do anything; I slammed her into the wall again. The attempt of the large monster also ended in failure; he was finally defeated by a powerful blow from a shaggy paw. I woke up.
