Although I might be wrong, it would be a shame if the Winner replaced him, or, conversely, it would be good if he decided to modkill him.

I'm currently deciding on this. I'll close the day as soon as something becomes clear.

If we're strictly following the rules, ToX should receive a modkill for "I won't heal anyone." If he's not, then he's hiding behind someone else's role.
